Bringing the summer to a climactic close with Showtime: A Live Music Celebration

Bringing the summer to a climactic close with Showtime: A Live Music Celebration

This past August, we celebrated the return of live performance with Showtime: A Live Music Celebration. The beautiful Olympic Plaza hosted 1500 socially distanced friends, patrons, and donors who gathered to celebrated a love for the arts.

After long last, we shared our exciting 2021-22 season of Arts Commons Presents and Season of Gratitude that we can't wait to share with you in person, and rocked the night away for a wonderful evening under the open skies. Local gem Amelia Patterson serenaded us with her wonderful folk melodies and Classic Albums Live brought the house down with their recreation of the iconic CCR: Chronicle Vol. 1.

Super fun night last night at #Showtime, a free concert at #OlympicPlaza with @yycarts. First act Amelie Patterson (ameliepmusic) was fantastic and headliner classicalbumslive preformed CCR. I’d say they blew it out of the water.

Awesome show, food, music outside in the plaza.
